Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dhaga Ori website, Partner Portal, inquiry forms, and other website features. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is intended primarily for business and professional visitors interested in Dhaga Ori’s apparel manufacturing, sourcing, export, and related services.
1. About Dhaga Ori
Dhaga Ori is an India-based apparel manufacturing and export business serving brands, buyers, and business partners. References to “Dhaga Ori,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean the Dhaga Ori business operating this website.
2. Website Information
The website provides general information about our company, capabilities, manufacturing process, product categories, quality approach, and business services. Website content is provided for introductory and informational purposes and may not describe every available service, specification, production method, compliance requirement, or commercial condition.
We may update, correct, remove, or change website content at any time without prior notice.
3. No Automatic Offer or Manufacturing Contract
Website content, product images, capability descriptions, estimated timelines, portal updates, and responses to general inquiries do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, purchase acceptance, guarantee, or manufacturing contract.
A binding commercial relationship arises only when the relevant parties approve the applicable quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, manufacturing agreement, or other written commercial terms. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the specifically agreed commercial documents will govern that transaction.
4. Quotations, Samples, Orders, and Delivery
Prices, minimum order quantities, sampling charges, payment terms, production timelines, material availability, tolerances, testing requirements, shipping arrangements, taxes, duties, and delivery terms are determined separately for each project.
Any quotation or estimate is subject to its stated validity period and assumptions. Timelines remain subject to timely approvals, payments, technical information, material availability, testing, logistics, force majeure events, and other matters described in the applicable commercial documents.
5. Partner Portal Access
The Partner Portal is intended only for approved clients and authorized representatives. You must provide accurate access information and keep order numbers, registered email addresses, credentials, links, and portal information confidential.
Portal percentages and production stages provide a practical progress summary. They are not a guarantee of completion date, shipment date, delivery date, product acceptance, or contractual performance. Formal notices and agreed commercial documents remain controlling.
You must promptly notify Dhaga Ori if you believe portal access or order information has been used without authorization.
6. Information and Materials You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the intended business purpose. This may include designs, artwork, logos, specifications, tech packs, measurements, documents, photographs, trademarks, and other project materials.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use and share submitted materials and that our use of them for inquiry evaluation, sampling, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, documentation, or order fulfilment will not violate another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of your materials. You grant Dhaga Ori a limited right to use, reproduce, adapt, and share them with relevant team members, suppliers, manufacturers, testing providers, logistics providers, and professional advisers only as reasonably necessary for the requested business purpose.
7. Confidential Business Information
We take reasonable care when handling business materials submitted for a genuine inquiry or order. Specific confidentiality, exclusivity, non-disclosure, intellectual-property ownership, and sample-handling obligations should be recorded in a separate written agreement where required.
Any signed non-disclosure agreement or manufacturing agreement will take priority over this section to the extent of a conflict.
8. Dhaga Ori Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its branding, logos, written content, layout, graphics, photographs, illustrations, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Dhaga Ori and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, imitate, or commercially exploit website materials without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin area, Partner Portal, accounts, servers, databases, or stored files
- Upload malware, harmful code, infringing material, or content that violates another person’s rights
- Interfere with website security, availability, performance, or other users
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, company, requirements, or relationship with Dhaga Ori
- Use automated systems to extract website or portal data without written permission
10. Website Availability and Security
We aim to keep the website and portal available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Access may be restricted for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for using suitable devices, browsers, internet connections, security measures, and backups when communicating or exchanging files online.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party hosting, mapping, communication, logistics, document, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Dhaga Ori is not responsible for third-party websites, availability, security, or content that we do not control.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from every error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, duty, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product quality commitments, specifications, remedies, and warranties for an order are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhaga Ori will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising solely from use of or inability to use this website, reliance on general website information, or unauthorized access caused by a visitor’s failure to protect access details.
Liability connected with a quotation, sample, purchase order, manufacturing project, or shipment will be determined under the applicable commercial agreement and governing law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the website or Partner Portal where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect Dhaga Ori, our clients, or third parties.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution procedure or jurisdiction agreed in a separate commercial contract, disputes relating solely to these Terms or website use will be subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction over Dhaga Ori’s registered place of business.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue through direct business communication.
16. Changes, Severability, and No Waiver
We may update these Terms when our website, services, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
