Instead of repeatedly requesting status updates, buyers can securely check the latest published position of their order whenever they need it. The portal keeps important production information organised in one place and creates a shared, transparent view between the buyer and our team.

AQL 1.0 as a demanding quality reference.
AQL—Acceptance Quality Limit—is used with statistically defined sampling plans to determine how a production lot is inspected and accepted. Rather than relying only on a final visual impression, it creates a clear framework for sample size and acceptance or rejection decisions.
Dhaga Ori has chosen AQL 1.0 as a demanding reference point for final random inspection on agreed defect categories, unless a buyer’s own quality manual requires a different or stricter inspection plan.
AQL 1.0 is not a universal legal requirement for every Japanese buyer, and it does not replace strong in-line quality control. We choose this level because it reflects the precision, discipline and consistency expected by demanding sourcing teams—and the standard of working culture we want to build.
Inspection plans, defect classifications and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each buyer and order.
